Through her photographic practice Hannah explores notions of people, place and landscape, examining the complexities and connections between these.
Research
Hannah's current research practice is focused on the landscape of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, specifically exploring the challenges local people in isolated communities face regarding the arts, language, tourism, education, communication and identity.
Curatorial Practice
Hannah is a passionate advocate for art in rural communities, and working collaboratively to bring art from Scotland’s west coast to new audiences fuels her current curatorial practice.
